Public Bank teams up with Sunway Property for financing green development projects

Customers can avail of a special sustainable financing package.

Public Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding with Sunway Integrated Properties to collaborate on property financing for green and sustainable development projects, according to a press release.

Under this MOU, customers who purchase green-certified properties for both residential and non-residential properties developed by Sunway will be able to avail of Public Bank’s Special Sustainable Financing Package, according to a press release.

“Through this special package, customers will get to enjoy preferential pricing, fast lane approval and a financing option for customers who wish to purchase eco-friendly and energy efficient appliances, fixtures and fittings to further enhance the sustainability elements of their properties,” Public Bank’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Tay Ah Lek during the signing ceremony at Menara Public Bank, Kuala Lumpur.
