Beyond Bank, Cognizant modernize IT systems

It includes upgrading Beyond Bank’s End User Compute (EUC) systems.

Beyond Bank Australia partnered with Cognizant to modernise its digital banking capabilities. 

The collaboration aims to improve operational resilience, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience through advanced technology solutions.

The initiative includes upgrading Beyond Bank’s End User Compute (EUC) systems, automating patching processes, enabling self-service functionalities, and optimising existing licenses to improve security and resilience. 

Cognizant will also modernise the bank’s IT infrastructure, establish a Security Operations Centre (SOC), and strengthen vendor assurance frameworks in line with Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) standards.

Key projects include cloud and API architecture modernisation, an enterprise-wide migration to Windows 11, and the creation of flexible and scalable technology ecosystems.

Additionally, Cognizant will help develop a comprehensive data and information management strategy leveraging artificial intelligence to optimise structured and unstructured data, enabling more personalised services for customers.
