ANZ rolls out agentic AI CRM tool that will save bankers 1 month of time

ANZ Bank has launched a new customer relationship management (CRM) tool, teaming up with Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 platform for the launch, according to a press release.
The new CRM consolidates data from 20 different platforms into a single dashboard, the Australian bank said in 3 February 2026.
Bankers will have access to real-time account summaries and a new chat interface.
ANZ expects bankers to save the time of about one working month per year with the roll-out of the new CRM platform.
The technology is also expected to boost ANZ bankers’ capability and productivity, freeing up bankers’ time so that they can focus on customers.
