HSBC GPB appoints Ann Ling as APAC head of wealth planning and advisory

She will take over her new role on 1 July 2025.

HSBC Global Private Banking (HSBC GPB) has appointed Ann Ling as regional head of wealth planning and advisory for Asia Pacific.

Ling is tasked with leading a team of wealth planners, family advisory, and philanthropic advisory specialists in the APAC region. She will take over her new role on 1 July 2025.

She is currently team head of wealth planning for Hong Kong, Philippines, and International Market, HSBC.

She joined HSBC in 2019. Prior to that she held senior wealth planning roles at JP Morgan and UBS. She previously worked for Morgan Stanley and Ernst & Young (EY).
