PayPay submits draft registration statement to publicly list in the US

The mobile payment service app makes use of QR codes and bar codes.

PayPay Corporation has submitted a draft registration statement on Form F-1 to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list in the United States of America.

The exact schedule, size, and price of the public listing has not yet been determined.

PayPay is a subsidiary of the SoftBank Group Corporation. It is a Japanese mobile payment service app that uses QR codes and bar codes.

SoftBank said that PayPay will continue to be its subsidiary following its public listing.
