Bank J. Safra Sarasin names Dong Chen as Asia CIO
Chen worked at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Pictet Wealth Management.
Bank J. Safra Sarasin has appointed Dong Chen as chief investment officer for Asia.
Chen previously served as chief Asia strategist and head of Asia research for Pictet Wealth Management. He was a senior economist at J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
Chen also previously worked as an assistant professor at the School of Economics, Peking University, where he taught advanced econometrics and Chinese economy.
Bank J. Safra Sarasin belongs under the J. Safra Sarasin Group, a Swiss private banking group. It has branches in Hong Kong and Singapore.
