Ping An Digital Bank unveils new branding reflecting deeper ties to insurer parent
It says it is the first Hong Kong digital bank to offer a full spectrum of insurance services.
Ping An Digital Bank (International) Limited has unveiled a new branding that better reflects its connection with its parent, insurer Ping An Group.
Its new vision, “Always with You, Always Ahead”, reflects the bank’s aim of making it simpler for customers to manage their deposits, investments, and insurance from a single account in their mobile device.
“This better reflects our deep connection with Ping An Group, integrating our signature 'insurance DNA' directly into our banking services and further reinforcing our role as an integrated financial platform in Hong Kong,” Ronald Iu, chief executive of Ping An Digital Bank, said in a press announcement on 26 March 2026.
“Moving forward, Ping An Digital Bank will continue to develop both retail and business banking,” Iu said.
Ping An Digital Bank has total retail banking deposits surpassing HK$12b as of 15 March 2026.
It says that it is Hong Kong's first digital bank to provide a full spectrum of online and offline insurance services. Customers can purchase general insurance products, including motor insurance, travel insurance, and home insurance products online within minutes, the bank said.
