Citi names Kaustabh Kulkarni as co-head of JANA and Asia South IB
Kulkarni joins from J.P. Morgan, where he spent 28 years.
Citi has appointed Kaustabh Kulkarni as co-head of Japan, Asia North and Australia (JANA) and Asia South Investment Banking coverage.
Kulkarni will serve the role alongside Jan Metzger. He will join Citi in December, and be based in Singapore.
Kulkarni spent 28 years in J.P. Morgan, where he was most recently senior country officer, India, and vice chair of Asia Pacific. He had also previously served as head of India, head of investment banking for India, and co-head of SE Asia investment banking in J.P. Morgan.
