China’s anti-graft agency investigates China Development Bank VP: report

He Xingxiang is suspected for “severe discipline and law violations.”

The vice president of China Development Bank, He Xingxiang, is under investigation for suspected “severe discipline and law violations”, reported Reuters.

China’s top graft buster, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI), said on its website that it is investigating the banker. The CCDI did not further elaborate about the violations he allegedly did.

Born in 1963, He has served as a member of the Party Committee at CDB. Prior to that, he worked at the Bank of China and Agricultural Development Bank of China.
