Citi Australia appoints Mark England as new head of securities services

England is currently APAC co-head of sales for Citi Securities Services.

Citi Australia has named Mark England as the new Head of its Securities Services business in Australia and New Zealand, following the retirement of long-serving executive Martin Carpenter.  

Citi Australia has named Mark England as its new head of securities services businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

England takes over from Martin Carpenter, who is retiring after 13 years at the helm of the bank’s securities services in the region.

England is currently based in Hong Kong and is APAC co-head of sales for Citi Securities Services. He will relocate to Australia, where he will assume his new role whilst retaining his existing regional responsibilities.  

He has over 20 years of experience in different roles in Citi across New York, Dublin, London, and Hong Kong.
