HSBC Singapore names new global liquidity head

Winnie Yap will be responsible for treasury solutions for Singapore firms.

HSBC Singapore has appointed Winnie Yap as its new head of global liquidity and cash management (GLCM), an announcement read.

She will be responsible for delivering treasury solutions for Singapore-based companies and multinational corporations with cross-border needs.

Having joined HSBC in 2006, Yap has held various roles within the bank’s GLCM business in Singapore including sales head for commercial banking, and most recently, head of client management.

She will report to Regina Lee, commercial banking head of HSBC Singapore and to Jason Tan, HSBC’s regional head of international GLCM countries, Asia Pacific.
