UOB Thailand unveils indoor event hub UOB LIVE

It has a capacity of 6,000 seats and will also offer dining and shopping experiences.

United Overseas Bank’s Thailand arm has collaborated with The EM District and AEG to unveil the indoor event hub UOB LIVE.

The 6,000-seat capacity hub is designed to cater to “a diverse array of event formats,” the bank said in a press release.

UOB LIVE also aims to offer a world-class shopping experience and serve as a central hub that will host a diverse range of restaurants and stores.

UOB Thailand president and CEO Tan Choon Hin said that the partnership seeks to reshape the entertainment landscape in Southeast Asia.

“UOB LIVE goes beyond being a conventional entertainment platform. It will serve as an exceptional conduit for fostering a collective effort to establish Thailand as a paramount hub for global entertainment activities,” Tan said, commenting on the unveiling of UOB LIVE.

"UOB LIVE is destined to be a pivotal component, strengthening the bank's position as a premier financial establishment built on a sturdy foundation. It will offer a unique and exceptional experience, not only for customers in Thailand but also across the region,” Tan added.
