Bank Jago partners with Mambu to enhance digital banking services

The bank will use Mambu’s SaaS banking platform.

Indonesia’s PT Bank Jago Tbk has partnered with Mambu to enhance its digital banking platform and services.

The bank will make use of Mambu’s SaaS banking platform as a foundation to become a technology-based bank. Service offerings will initially include everyday transactions and payments, with plans to branch out to SME lending.

Bank Jago will also be able to operate in the cloud thanks to the partnership between Mambu and Google Cloud.

“Mambu’s cloud banking platform and its partnership with Google Cloud offer the core banking solution that we are looking for and will allow us to focus on offering flexible cloud-based banking services to our customers,” said Bank Jago president director Kharim Siregar.

In April, Bank Jago launched its smartphone app featuring a “life-centric design.”
