Bank of Singapore boosts Middle East, GCC operations with six appointments
Yasmine Omari will become the head of Wealth Planning for the Dubai Hub.
The Bank of Singapore’s DIFC Branch announced six new appointments to bolster its advisory and product offerings across the Middle East and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets.
Zeena Abou Elnaja joins the Investment Advisory team from Julius Baer, bringing CFA qualifications and extensive experience with Standard Chartered in the Middle East. She will focus on enhancing advisory capabilities for GCC clients.
Mehvish Ayub assumes the role of Senior Specialist in Managed Solutions and Alternatives. Formerly with State Street Global Advisors as head of Investment Strategies for MENA, she will lead strategic initiatives in Funds Advisory and mandate solutions.
Brandon Chee joins as a product specialist for Equity and Structured Products Advisory, with over 15 years of experience at institutions like OCBC and CIMB.
Anish Mehta takes on a role in the FX Advisory desk. With over 15 years of expertise in FX, commodities, and derivatives markets, he relocates from London, where he worked with Rabobank.
Yasmine Omari, joining soon as head of Wealth Planning for the Dubai Hub, brings experience in family governance and succession planning from Ernst & Young, along with previous roles at PWC and Deloitte.
Fatima Al Zadjali, also joining soon, will serve as director of Marketing and Communications, bringing expertise in private banking communications from Habib Bank AG Zurich and prior experience at Standard Chartered and Mashreq Bank.
