
China CITIC Bank and HKA launch travel card
Cardholders can earn up to 26,000 points when spending HK$25,000 within the first 5 months of issuance.
China CITIC Bank International and Hong Kong Airlines (HKA) have launched a Mastercard-branded card.
The card offers a welcome complimentary air ticket, applicable to applicants who do not hold any CNCBI principal card in the past 12 months from the approval month of current applications.
Promotion is valid until 2 July 2025.
The card also offers spending rewards, travel privileges, complimentary travel insurance, airport lounge access, amongst others.
Cardholders can earn up to 104,000 Fortune Wings Club (FWC) points via the welcome offer, with 26,000 points earned with spending of HK$25,000 within the first five months from card issuance.
They can also redeem 26,000 FWC points with HK$800 for every additional spending of HK$15,000 from card issuance, for a maximum of 3 times.
Those 26,000 FWC points can also be used to redeem one set of round-trip tickets to Okinawa or Shanghai, amongst other destinations.
