DBS CEO Piyush Gupta sells S$2.69m bank shares

He still holds over 2.715 million shares in DBS.

DBS CEO Piyush Gupta sold 75,000 shares of the bank, for a total price of over S$2.68m (over US$1.97m).

In a bourse filing, Gupta is said to have sold the shares at a price of S$35.7443 per unit on 3 May.

Gupta still holds over 2.715 million shares in DBS following the transaction, equal to 0.095% of the total shares of the bank. Prior to the sale, he held 0.098% of the bank’s total shares.
