DBS launches new Asia Gateway operations hub at PBC Jurong

The bank said DAG houses about 1,000 Operations Group employees.

DBS has officially opened its new DBS Asia Gateway (DAG) office at Perennial Business City (PBC) in Jurong, relocating from its previous site at Toh Guan Road.

The new facility will serve as DBS’s alternate site and live parallel operations centre under its business continuity plan.

According to DBS, the move to PBC also positions the bank to better serve customers in Singapore’s western region.

The bank said DAG houses about 1,000 Operations Group employees and was opened for guided tours to showcase regenerative design practices.
