HSBC names Paul Jeremy Brough as independent non-exec director

Brough is also an independent non-exec director of Guoco Group and Toshiba.

HSBC has appointed Paul Jeremy Brough as an independent non-executive director, effective 20 June.

Brough will also be a member of the audit committee and risk committee of HSBC.

Brough is currently independent non-executive director of Guoco Group, Toshiba Corporation, and Vitasoy International Holdings, amongst others.

Prior to his consulting career, Brough worked at KPMG Hong Kong for over 30 years until 2012, when he was senior regional partner. Following this, he pursued a consulting career.
