TravelShiok offers coverage from unused entertainment tickets to theme parks, concerts, and sporting events booked using the Trust card, according to a press release published on 30 October 2024.
It also offers purchase protection of up to S$3,000 for repairs if you accidentally damage items you bought using your Trust card within 30 days.
For lost and damaged baggage, mobile devices, and laptop computers, TravelShiok offers up to S$8,000 coverage.
Other benefits include higher coverage for trip postponements, trip disruptions, loss of travel documents, overseas hospital allowance, and rental vehicle excess cover, amongst others.
About 13% of Trust Bank’s active customers have bought an insurance policy from the bank, the Singapore-based digital bank said.
Customers between the ages of 30 and 49 make up most of Trust’s travel insurance policyholders.
