Hang Seng bank declares third interim dividend of HK$1.2 per share

Hang Seng Bank has declared a third interim dividend of HK$1.2 per share for the fiscal year of 2024.

The payment date will be on 12 November 2024, the Hong Kong-headquartered bank said in a bourse filing.

The latest time to lodge transfer documents for registration with the share registrar to get the dividend will be on 4PM of 23 October. The record date will be on 24 October.

Hang Seng Bank said that the dividend “should not be taken as an indication of the level of profit or dividend for the full year of the bank.”
