Malaysia’s GXBank facilitated 220 million transactions in 2025

The bank has also disbursed about MYR25m to MSMEs via GX FlexiLoan.

GX Bank Berhad (GXBank) said that it facilitated over 220 million transactions for its customers in a single year.

The Malaysia-based digital bank, which celebrated its 2nd anniversary on 27 November 2025, said that its customers collectively earned MYR24m in interest in 2025.

Its FlexiCredit has seen 120,000 drawdowns since its launch in February 2025. About 60% of the usage for FlexiCredit was tied to unexpected emergencies like medical bills and car repairs, whilst 50% are for daily expenses, GXBank said.

Meanwhile, the bank has also disbursed MYR25m to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) via its GX FlexiLoan product, according to Hildah Hamzah, deputy CEO and COO, GXBank.
