NAB offers everyday banking appointments via Zoom call
Customers can self-book appointments at the NAB website starting March.
National Australia Bank (NAB) is offering everyday banking appointments via video call starting March 2026.
Customers can self-book appointments on nab.com.au, choosing either a Zoom video call or in-branch meeting option.
“This option gives customers the freedom to book when it suits them – whether they’re at home, at work or on the go,” said Paul Carter, NAB executive for retail banking.
NAB is reportedly the first of Australia’s big four banks to offer everyday banking appointments via video, the bank said in an online statement.
Video appointments for home lending have been available at NAB and other banks prior to this roll-out. However, this is the first time customers can book an everyday banking appointment remotely, NAB said.
