Security Bank highlights employees in #YouMatter series
The bank’s latest campaign shares real employee stories.
Security Bank is putting its people front and center in a new brand campaign designed to deepen engagement with both talent and customers. The #YouMatter video series shares real, unscripted stories from employees to reinforce the bank’s promise of care, inclusion, and growth.
“The campaign builds on our employee value proposition which we launched sometime in 2023, and in 2025, we're taking it external, which is essentially to showcase our EVP,” said Nerissa Berba, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of Security Bank.
The campaign aims to differentiate Security Bank in the competitive banking talent landscape by showing—not just telling—what it’s like to work there.
“As we believe that authenticity drives connection, we selected employees to serve as our very own EVP ambassadors, sharing unfiltered and unscripted stories of what it truly means to be a Security Banker,” Berba said. “We also wanted to share that Security Bank is not only a place to work, but is a place where you can be your authentic self, you can feel genuinely supported and grow both personally and professionally.”
For Berba, a truly effective employer brand campaign today goes beyond visibility. “An active marketing campaign for banking services focused on attracting top talent is one that goes beyond promoting job openings. It's really a dynamic, purpose-driven effort to position the bank as an employer of choice,” she said.
