Citi names Vikram Singh as CEO of Malaysia franchise

He reports directly to South Asia and ASEAN head Amol Gupte.

Citi has appointed Vikram Singh as the chief executive officer of Citi Malaysia beginning 1 May.

Singh is tasked with leading the country team of Citi’s Malaysia franchise. He will also have oversight of the Citi Solutions Centers in Malaysia.

Prior to his new role, Citi was head of Asia Pacific Regional Account Management, Global Subsidiaries Group, based in Singapore.

Prior to this, he served as head of corporate & investment banking in the Philippines from 2016 to 2021.

Singh reports directly to Amol Gupte, South Asia and ASEAN head, Citi.
