Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group subsidiary boosts HRtech through AI

They aim to achieve this through a strategic partnership with venture company ExaWizards.

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group’s subsidiary Japan Digital Design is partnering with artificial intelligence venture company ExaWizards to jointly pursue studies on how AI can disrupt the online finance and HR sector. 

According to a press release, the partnership with leverage on ExaWizards product development capabilities in AI to boost financial product offerings.

The partnership will also study how to develop HR tech services for the financial services industry as the labour force declines amidst a rapidly ageing population.

“The companies will develop HR Tech services specialised for financial services using video and voice analysis technology. This includes features such as the use of video to allow AI to learn the tacit knowledge and know-how of high performers and transfer it to all employees,” the press release added.

These services are set to be offered to regional financial institutions and later on to larger international markets.
