Bangkok Bank announces temporary closure of digital, payment services on 6 July

Debit and credit cards won’t be able to use their cards for transactions during the period.

Bangkok Bank is temporarily closing select digital services on 6 July, Saturday, between 1AM to 7:30AM for system maintenance.

Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking will be unavailable throughout the period.

Its debit card, credit card, funds transfer, and QR payment services will also be unavailable between 1AM to 6AM on 6 July.

Other unavailable services between 1AM to 6AM on Saturday include:

  • BeMerchant and BeMerchant NextGen
  • e-Wallet, BeWallet and QR Payment
  • Bualuang iBanking
  • BIZ iBanking
  • Bualuang iSupply
  • Banking Agent
  • Bualuang ATM and CDM/ATM
  • Bualuang Phone
  • Funds Transfer, Deposits and Bill Payments from other banks to Bangkok Bank accounts
  • Funds Transfer from other banks both in Thailand and overseas to PromptPay that links with Bangkok Bank accounts
  • Bangkok Bank Debit Card holders will not be able to use their card to make transactions.
  • Bangkok Bank Credit Card holders will not be able to use their card for cash withdrawals from other banks’ATMs.
