
India’s HDFC Bank invests in quantum-safe cybersecurity firm QNu Labs
QNu Labs was founded in 2016 and incubated at ITT Madras Research Park.
India’s HDFC Bank has invested an undisclosed amount at QNu Labs, a quantum-safe cybersecurity platform.
QNu Labs offers integrated, end-to-end quantum safe cybersecurity solutions, according to the press release. Founded in 2016, it was incubated at ITT Madras Research Park.
Investment in QNu gives HDFC Bank an opportunity to back an indigenous and future-ready innovation, said Arup Rakshit, group head, Treasury, HDFC Bank.
“By building proactive solutions in the quantum cybersecurity space, QNu Labs makes a valuable contribution to the financial sector with its quantum-safe communication networks,” Rakshit said.
