Indonesia’s Bank Neo Commerce teams up with Qualtrics to improve digital banking experience
It will make use of Qualtrics services to personalize its banking journey.
Indonesia’s Bank Neo Commerce has partnered with cloud-based data analytics company, Qualtrics, in its bid to personalize and refine its digital banking experience, according to a press announcement.
Bank Neo Commerce will reportedly use Qualtrics' services to access real-time market and consumer insights in order to understand the preferences of its consumers. The bank said it'll use the data to identify products, services, and experiences that will improve its digital servicing and customer experience, the press release said.
The bank is also upgrading its database of all customer and employee experience data in personalizing its services.
