What are your previous experiences and positions held that contributed to who you are as a banker/expert today?
I’m managing the digital banking team at the largest retail bank in Thailand for almost 8 years and gone through many transformations and business transitions during the most difficult time of the banking industry in this region. First to launch mobile app on iOS/Andriod in Thailand, we won best UI/UX on mobile banking from IDC this year. Products and services under my supervision have been used everyday by more than 3 million customers, with a volume of more than 1 trillion Thai Baht per annum.

Can you give us a glimpse of what you will share at the ABF Digital & Open Banking Conference?
We are about to launch many new features on our mobile app, so I may talk about E-KYC, digital lending, or robo-advisory with the real live product.
