Revolut partners with Ant Int’l to enable transfers to China via Alipay

It has a tiered fee system.

Fintech company Revolut has partnered with Ant International to enable its customers to send money to China through Alipay.

Under the partnership, Revolut customers globally will be able to send money in Chinese Yuan using the recipient’s Alipay ID.

Revolut offers a tiered fee system for the service. Standard customers will pay a 0.15% fee, with the minimum fee being S$5.9; premium customers will pay a 0.12% fee, with the minimum fee being S$4.72; and metal customers will not have to pay any fee.

To transfer money, Revolut users need only to select the “Send International” option in the app and choose mainland China as the destination, input the transfer amount, select Alipay as the transfer method, then type the Alipay account ID as well as details of the recipient.
