Vietinbank to service $155M WB funded project

Vietinbank has been assigned by the State Bank of Vietnam to service hospital waste treatment support project funded by the World Bank.

The $155 million project is implemented according to the agreement signed on May 31, 2011 between Vietnam and World Bank of which $150 million is funded by the world bank and $5 million by Vietnamese side, the State Bank of Vietnam said on its website.

The project will be carried out nationwide, focusing on areas with difficulties in managing hospital waste treatment.
