Hang Seng Bank raises residential mortgage rate by 25 basis points

The raise is effective immediately.

With immediate effect, Hang Seng Bank has raised its residential mortgage rate for new mortgage loan applications by 25 basis points to P-2.6% to P-2%.

The revision has been made in response to the changing mortgage market conditions.
