Maybank Islamic is transforming its digital banking services, including introducing paperless services and real-time onboarding.

The Islamic bank partnered with technology solutions provider audax Financial Technology to help it deliver digital banking solutions built on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Amongst products to be offered paperless, real-time onboarding, efficient account management, and instant access to digital banking services.

The first product launch is expected in 2025.

Maybank Islamic and audax aims to redefine the bank’s customer experiences across its key markets—including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines— through innovative, inclusive, and Shariah-compliant digital banking solutions.
