MariBank offers ShopeeVIP customers up to 2.88% interest

New bank customers get a bonus extra rate of 1.6% in the first 30 days of signing up.

Digital bank MariBank is rolling out a bonus interest rate programme for Shopee’s Singapore customers with up to 2.88% per annum of interest on offer.

ShopeeVIP subscribers who open a new MariBank account can get a bonus extra rate of 1.6% per annum for the first 30 days of signing up for a MariBank account, applicable to their first S$100,000.

In total, the new users are offered a total interest rate of 2.88% per annum in the first 30 days of signing up for a MariBank account. Afterwards, their total interest rate is 1.28% versus the base rate of 0.88% per annum.

Existing ShopeeVIP subscribers with a linked MariBank account will enjoy a total interest rate of 1.28% per annum.

Customers will see this bonus interest rate from 20 July 2026 and need to claim this reward in the MariBank app to start earning higher, MariBank and Shopee said in a joint statement.
