Indonesia’s Krom Bank renews partnership with Mambu

Krom aims to have over 20 million accounts by 2030.

PT Krom Bank Indonesia Tbk has renewed its partnership with SaaS cloud banking platform Mambu for five years.

Krom is a digital bank and subsidiary of Kredivo Group, based in Indonesia.

The renewal comes after their collaboration to launch the Krom digital banking app in 2024. It went live with personal and business daily banking products in a 12-month period.

Krom is aiming to reach over 20 million accounts by 2030. It targets the 75% of the Indonesian population that reportedly remains unbanked or underbank.

“With Mambu’s cloud-native core and the flexibility it provides, we’ve been able to launch high-impact products faster, stay compliant, and deliver a seamless experience to our customers,” said Anton Hermawan, President Director, Krom Bank.
