Mizuho and Fujitsu automate 70% of SME order processing tasks
It streamlines 70% of order processing tasks by elimination manual input and conversion work.
Mizuho Bank and Fujitsu Limited have developed a new order and payment processing service for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The technology automatically absorbs and converts differences in data structures and formats between the Ryutsu Business Message Standard (Ryutsu BMS), the standard in the distribution industry used by purchasing companies, and the standard for SMEs used by receiving and delivering companies, according to a press release.
Approximately 70% of order processing tasks were streamlined by eliminating manual input and conversion work, Mizuho Bank and Fujitsu said.
Mizuho Bank and Fujitsu plan to digitise manual operations by integrating and linking order data across different industries on a single platform.
Prior to this new service, the two Japanese companies have separately developed a service that automatically converse and links disparate order data formats by ordering and purchasing companies, and receiving and delivering companies in the distribution industry.
