HSBC Singapore adds health perks for Premier clients via IHH, Raffles Medical
They will receive access to IHH’s Parkway Shenton app and Raffles Medical’s MediWellness facilities.
HSBC Singapore has rolled out new health and wellness privileges to its Premier clients.
Clients of Premier—the bank’s flagship affluent proposition—can now enjoy priority access, preventive care and health longevity services from HSBC Singapore’s partnerships with IHH Healthcare Singapore (IHH) and Raffles Medical Group (RMG), amongst others.
Premier clients are given access to 24/7 IHH health concierge services and includes appointment bookings, priority access to facilities, second opinion recommendations, and medical evacuation. These can be accessed through IHH’s network of over 45,000 specialists across Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India, and Malaysia.
HSBC will also offer health screening packages and rates across a network of IHH clinics for earlier detection and ongoing health management.
Premier clients will also receive exclusive access to IHH’s Parkway Shenton Health app. The app offers health management plans based on health screenings and clinical advice, which is supported by human health coaches and a 24/7 AI health assistant.
Premier clients will also have access to RMG’s MediWellness facilities, which is focused on health longevity. The facility offers assessments like Raffles Clock, as well as personalised programmes and health coaching.
HSBC has observed that over the past five years, there was a 35% increase in the number of customers making health-related transactions on their HSBC credit cards.
“Our clients are increasingly taking a more holistic view of wealth, looking beyond financial outcomes to ‘live’ their wealth through health, wellness and longevity,” said Ashmita Acharya, head of international wealth and premier banking, Singapore at HSBC.
