OCBC Hong Kong names new wholesale head and risk chief
Angus Tsang and Stanley Sze-To start their new roles in H2 2026.
OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited has appointed a new head of wholesale banking and new chief risk officer, with changes to take effect during the second half of 2026.
Angus Tsang will take over as head of wholesale banking, effective 16 November.
Tsang, who is currently the chief risk officer, will take on the role of deputy head of wholesale banking from 1 September.
He has nearly two decades of experience across wholesale banking and risk management. Tsang joined OCBC in 2022 as the CRO.
Johnny Wei, who is currently head of wholesale banking of OCBC Hong Kong, will be retiring on 1 December. Wei first joined OCBC in 2016 and is credited with the successful integration of OCBC Hong Kong branch.
Under Wei, OCBC Hong Kong’s wholesale banking division achieved record performance in Hong Kong’s syndicated loan market in 2025.
Stanley Sze-To as CRO
OCBC Hong Kong also announced that Stanley Sze-To will assume the role of CRO beginning 1 September.
Sze-To has been with OCBC since 2007, and is currently head of corporate banking in OCBC Hong Kong.
During the pandemic, Sze-To also served as acting country head and general manager of OCBC’s Seoul Branch.
