AIA Hong Kong, Bank of East Asia launch bancassurance partnership

They launched seven products that provide comprehensive life, critical illness, savings, and retirement protection.

Bank of East Asia AIA Hong Kong has commenced a 15-year bancassurance partnership with the launch of seven products that provide comprehensive life, critical illness, savings, and retirement protection. 

These products became available at BEA branches on 5 July. Customers who successfully enrol in selected insurance plans will be entitled to a premium discount or refund.

The first batch of products includes Expert Term Life Plan, a life protection plan with a sum assured starting from US$500,000 or HK$3.75m; critical illness protection such as EasyGuard Care Essence and Protect Elite Ultra 3/Protect Elite Ultra 3 – First Gift; and retirement and savings plans such as AIA Deferred Annuity Plan, Bonus Power Vantage, and Global Power Multi-Currency Plan.

BEA will continue to expand the distribution of AIA Hong Kong’s various protection, long-term legacy, and savings product solutions to its retail banking customers across the city.
