Citi appoints Rob Chan as head of ECM Syndicate for Asia

Chan has been with Citi for 22 years.

Citi has appointed Rob Chan as head of ECM Syndicate for Asia, effective immediately.

Chan first joined Citi in 2003. He is currently responsible for APAC equity-linked origination.

He will continue to run equity-linked origination until a replacement is announced, according to Citi.

He is tasked with working closely with banking, markets and risk teams in the marketing and distribution of all of Citi’s equity and equity-linked transactions in Asia.

Chan will report to Kenneth Chow, Asia head of ECM origination and products, and Harish Raman, Asia head of ECM execution and solutions at Citi.
