Mizuho teams up with asset managers to expand investment products
They will develop and distribute new products as well as personal exchanges.
Mizuho Financial Group has teamed up with Asset Management One and SPARX Asset Management (SPARX AM) to collaborate on developing new investment products.
The three firms aim to provide Japanese investors with “value-added investment management services and products.”
They are expected to collaborate on the joint development and distribution of new investment products as well as personal exchanges, according to a joint press release published on 27 March 2026.
SPARX AM manages non-Japanese, primarily Asia, equities. In 2025 it launched a new Indian equity investment strategy. Mizuho provided seed capital for SPARX AM’s Indian equity investments.
Meanwhile, Asset Management One offers investment management services in areas from traditional assets to alternative investments.
