Pornchai Padmindra appointed Senior Executive Vice President of CIMB Thai Bank PCL

He is also Head of the Wholesale Banking Group.

The Wholesale Banking Group is a new unit that integrates the Corporate Banking Group and Investment Banking Group. It will provide comprehensive and integrated range of financial products and services to local and offshore corporate.

Padmindra has over 20 years of experience in corporate and structured finance, project finance, loan syndications, debt restructuring, corporate banking, investment banking, capital markets and auditing.

He has worked in several leading foreign institutions including Price Waterhouse, Westpac, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank and Thanachart Bank.

He will also be senior banker for key corporate relationships and will be mainly responsible for corporate lending and complex corporate finance/investment banking transactions including M&A, advisory, project/infrastructure finance and capital markets transactions.
