Société Générale appoints Yann Garnier as Head of Asia Pacific Sales

Yann is also appointed as Head of Interest Rates and Forex Derivatives business for Asia Pacific.

Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking anounced the appointment of Yann Garnier as Head of Asia Pacific Sales for Structured Solutions and Fixed Income & Currencies teams within Global Markets. Yann Garnier will be leading the combined sales forces of both teams to provide cross asset solutions to its clients, spanning from flow products to structured solutions.

As part of the bank's key development strategy and commitment to the Asia Pacific client business, Yann is also appointed as Head of Interest Rates and Forex Derivatives business for Asia Pacific, in a bid to further strengthen the bank’s regional growth and franchise across Financial Institutions & Corporates. In this role, Yann succeeds Jean-Baptiste Langnier who will relocate to Paris to further develop the Bank’s client franchise.
