VietinBank's leasing arm to hike chartered capital

The State Bank of Vietnam has issued a decision to amend the chartered capital of VietinBank-CTG’s Financial Leasing one-member Ltd Co.

 

Accordingly, VietinBank Financial Leasing one-member Ltd Co is allowed to hike its chartered capital from 500 billion dong to 800 billion dong as from December 29, 2011.

VietinBank financial leasing firm will have responsibility for amending its new chartered capital, making business registration and reporting to the central bank in accordance with the current regulations.

VietinBank financial leasing firm was established in 1998 with core business lines in financial leasing activities and other business activities.
