Over 70,000 overseas Filipino workers in Korea will be able to use their credit information.
ADVANCE.CBP, a Philippine-regulated credit information firm, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Korea Credit Bureau (KCB) to assist Filipinos and Koreans in accessing their financial information when overseas.
Over 70,000 overseas Filipino workers in Korea will be able to use their credit information from the Philippines, sourced from the Credit Information Corporation (CIC).
South Koreans who wish to use financial services in the Philippines will also be able to use their Korean credit histories.
