Business customers can access customised restructuring and rescheduling solutions.
CIMB Bank Berhad and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad announced that it is offering assistance measures to support customers affected by the Middle East conflict.
Eligible customers—which include both individual and business customers—may benefit from up to six months’ payment relief on loan and financing facilities. CIMB promises tailored assistance that take into account their specific financial circumstances.

Customers seeking assistance may apply via the Payment Assistance Programme forms available on CIMB’s website, contact their relationship managers, or visit any CIMB branch nationwide.
CIMB expects the measures to ease immediate financial pressures, support cash flow continuity, and strengthen customer resilience during the period.
“These measures are aimed at providing timely and practical support to help customers manage their financial commitments and sustain business continuity during this period,” said Novan Amirudin, group CEO at CIMB.
