
Citi clinches ANZ banker as new head of markets for Indonesia
Benny Aroeman has also worked in DBS, HSBC, and Deutsche Indonesia previously.
Citi has named Benny Aroeman as head of markets for Indonesia.
Aroeman has over 30 years of experience in delivering derivatives, structured products, and risk management solutions to Indonesian clients. He joins from ANZ Indonesia, where he was head of markets for Indonesia beginning 2019.
He previously worked at DBS Indonesia for 12 years, leading the sales team for treasury and markets. He had also worked at HSBC Indonesia and Deutsche Indonesia.
Aroeman reports to Sue Lee, head of markets for Asia South; and Batara Sianturi, Citi country officer and banking head for Indonesia.
