HSBC names Ruby Ho as head of markets and securities services, ASEAN

She will lead the MSS business in Singapore and the whole region.

HSBC has appointed Ruby Ho as head of markets and securities services (MSS), ASEAN, effective immediately.

Ho will be responsible for the MSS business in Singapore and across the region. Prior to her new role, she was head of MSS in HSBC Taiwan.

She brings 30 years of experience working in the financial markets. She first joined HSBC in 2011.

“Ruby’s deep knowledge across asset classes and ability to build strong collaboration across our wealth and corporate banking businesses will help us deepen our market share in this region,” said Wong Kee Joo, chief executive officer, HSBC Singapore.
