DBS Hong Kong unveils new eco-friendly casual uniform for branch staff

The polyester used is partly made from recycled plastic bottles.

DBS Bank Hong Kong has introduced a brand new uniform for its branch staff.

The new casual uniform, to be worn on Fridays and Saturdays, features polo shirts made from a sustainable fibre mix of organic cotton and recycled polyester, with a colour-blocking inspired by the bank’s brand palette.

According to DBS, the cotton is grown and processed without pesticides or other harmful chemicals whilst the polyester used is partly made from post-consumer plastic bottles.
