Dyna.Ai and DCS Card Centre partner to enhance financial services with AI

The two companies also partnered earlier this year to leverage AI solutions for collection calls.

AI-as-a-Service company Dyna.Ai has partnered with DCS Card Centre to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in financial services.

The partnership, formalised through a memorandum of understanding (MoU), was announced at the 2024 Singapore Fintech Festival.

"By integrating our advanced AI solutions with DCS Card Centre's extensive  market expertise, we aim to achieve impactful results that elevate customer experience and enhance operational efficiency," said Tomas Skoumal, chairman and co-president of Dyna.Ai.

"DCS will continue to evolve  and embrace technological advancements to better serve Singapore and extend our services beyond its borders," added Charles Huang, chairman of DCS.

Earlier this year, DCS Card Centre began using Dyna.Ai’s AI solutions for collection calls and plans to expand the partnership by incorporating AI into marketing calls and app features.
